ALT-S has a 14-day return policy. Returns are limited to items that are defective at the time of delivery, such as scratches. You may ship/mail the item(s) to our return center for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Complaints related to the delivery of goods must be submitted within 14 business days of receipt of the goods. Products should be sent in their original condition, including packing materials, accessories, tags, etc., using the documentation included in the parcel. We will not accept returns in the following cases;
- The impression is different from the product image.
- Products that have been scratched or damaged by the customer
- Items that have been engraved or resized.
- Items that have been used.
- Items with lost, damaged, or defaced accessories (box, drawstring)
- Items that have been sold at a discounted price
Parcels that are returned after certain period will be refused and returned to the sender. Any parcels returned for any reason, except for reasons of our convenience, shall not be accepted with respect to the shipping costs associated with the return. The costs and risks associated with the return of the product shall be borne by the sender. In order for us to accept a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, labeled, unworn, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. ALT-S will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Parcels for which the customer's identification (first name, last name, address and return code) cannot be verified shall be refused.

ALT-S has a 14-day exchange policy. Size and color exchanges are only possible if we have the item in stock. Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the item. If you contact us more than 14 days after arrival, we will not be able to exchange the item. In the case of color or size exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and shipping the replacement item.

ALT-S offers free standard shipping on orders over ¥35,000. Please note that the free shipping applies to orders placed at checkout. We ship within 5~6 business days after your order is placed. (We do not offer same day shipping).
Delivery time is only an estimate and does not take into account delays due to payment approval, inventory status, or customs delays.
Domestic Shipping (Japan)
- Yamato Transport is the domestic delivery company in Japan.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Delivery may be delayed due to traffic congestion caused by natural disasters or accidents, or due to abnormal weather conditions.
- A flat-rate shipping fee of 800 yen will be charged nationwide if the total product price is less than 35,000 yen (tax included).
International Shipping (Worldwide)
- Please note that the delivery is within 5 to 6 business days by EMS.
- Usually, it takes 5 to 14 days from the date of delivery to the date of delivery of the product.
